威立719万售英国资产
（吉隆坡10日讯）威立集团（KPOWER，7130，主板消费股）以125万英镑（约719万令吉），脱售一栋英国建筑予A&I Property有限公司。
威立集团周五发文告指出，上述建筑是学生宿舍，位于英国利物浦。截至今年6月30日，入住率为41.7%。
该公司解释，上述719万令吉中，近597万令吉将用作营运资本；近103万令吉则用来偿还银行贷款。
脱售该资产后，威立集团的负债率预计从0.02倍，减少至0.01倍。
周五闭市，威立集团收报81.5仙，无起落，约1453万股易手。
