KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 18): Grand Hoover Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Att Sdn Bhd, has been appointed by R.M.E. Sdn Bhd as the main contractor for an RM69.88 million construction project in Terengganu.

“Pursuant to the letter of award, the works shall commence on Aug 19, 2021 and to be completed by Aug 18, 2024,” the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

Grand Hoover said the group expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings and would not have any material effect on the group’s net assets for the financial years ending June 30, 2022 to 2025.
