KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 7): Kedah-based developer Eupe Corp Bhd will be launching its third residential project in KL — Est8 in Seputeh — in November 2021. The serviced apartment will comprise a 42-storey tower, a 41-storey tower and a two-storey block. There will be 821 residential units in total — 432 in Tower A, 372 in Tower B and 17 in Block C. 

Group managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee says Est8 is envisioned as a haven of security, success, serenity and style, and an escape from the city just outside its walls. 

The units will come in two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts with built-ups ranging from 753 sq ft to 1,947 sq ft, and will include duplex and dual-key units, as well as duplex villas with private gardens. Selling prices start at RM530,000 or RM850 psf and the project is expected to be completed by 2025. 

The developer plans to incorporate special features into the project that will minimise the spread of Covid-19. These include active drainage ventilation system that ensures the water seal in bathrooms, floor trap, and sink trap remain filled and sealed at all times.
