（吉隆坡18日讯）TFP方案（TFP，0145，创业板科技）宣布，接获审计师Messrs. Keston John&Gan的书面通知，自愿辞去职务。



TFP方案今日向马证交所报备，根据2016年公司法令第281（2）条文，Messrs. Keston John&Gan的任期将在即日起的21天后结束。

TFP方案董事局指出，除了Messrs. Keston John&Gan辞职一事，该公司并不知悉任何需要告知股东的相关事项。该公司指出，将在最终确定新审计师的委任后，再适时作出公告。
