KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 26): M3 Technologies (Asia) Bhd said Friday it had changed its name to XOX Technology Bhd.

The mobile services provider said in a bourse filing the company’s shares will be traded and quoted under the new name with effect from next Wednesday (Dec 1).

According to the bourse filing, its major shareholder XOX Bhd is currently holding 3.59% direct interest and 22.36% indirect interest in the company.

At the time of writing, M3 Technologies shares were unchanged at five sen apiece, giving it a market capitalisation of RM44.81 million.

Year-to-date, the counter has fallen 16.67%.
