KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Chan Kong Choy (pic) has been designated as chairman of the Remuneration Committee (RC) of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd
. He is also executive chairman of the board.
The other members of the RC are non-independent non-executive director Tan Sri Kuan Peng Ching @ Kuan Peng Soon, independent non-executive director Datuk Ismail Omar and independent non-executive director Ooi Leng Chooi.
The function of the committee is effective from yesterday.
