Vertice与Consortium Zenith终止8.15亿槟城大型基建设施合同
（吉隆坡29日讯）建筑集团Vertice Bhd与Consortium Zenith私人有限公司已相互同意终止槟城大型基建设施项目的第二配套合同。
Consortium Zenith在2018年8月把这份价值8亿1500万令吉的合同授予Buildmarque Construction私人有限公司，以便在槟城兴建一条支线，连接槟城亚依淡新镇和敦林苍佑医生大道。
Buildmarque是Vertice独资子公司Vertice Construction私人有限公司及Vizione控股（Vizione Holdings Bhd）独资子公司Vizione Construction私人有限公司的联营公司，各持股50%。
