KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd today classified Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd as a Practice Note No. 17 (PN17) company after triggering the criteria under Paragraph 2.1(d) of the main market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia.

In a statement today, the stock exchange operator emphasised that it would continue to monitor the progress of Serba Dinamik in respect of its compliance with the main market listing requirements.

As of January 2022, there are 24 companies under PN17 and GN3, representing 2.65 per cent of the total number of 905 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.

List of companies under PN17 are AirAsia X Bhd, Asia Media Group Bhd, Barakah Offshore Petroleum Bhd, Bertam Alliance Bhd, Brahim's Holdings Bhd, China Automobile Parts Holdings Ltd, Comintel Corp Bhd, Daya Materials Bhd, Dolomite Corp Bhd, FSBM Holdings Bhd, Iqzan Holding Bhd, Khee San Bhd, Konsortium Transnasional Bhd, Malaysia Pacific Corp Bhd, Nationwide Express Holdings Bhd, Perak Corp Bhd, Scomi Energy Services Bhd, Scomi Group Bhd, Seacera Group Bhd, Sumatec Resources Bhd and TH Heavy Engineering Bhd.
