KUALA LUMPUR: A consortium of six listed companies, led by SMTrack Bhd, will invest in 5G mobile network-related projects via a collaboration with 5G Infra Tech Solution Sdn Bhd.

Other companies in the consortium are Country Heights Holdings Bhd (CHHB), Jiankun International Bhd, Sersol Bhd, Techna-X Bhd and MQ Technology Bhd.

The consortium and 5G Infra Tech aim to undertake corporate exercises to raise funds and finance 5G and fibre optics-related projects by Digital Nasional Bhd (DNB) as well as Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.

A consortium of non performing companies and cronies to Mahathir. Set to fail miserably.

Agree. Lee Kim Yiew, gave a house to Dr M at Mines made an announcement on SMTrack on collaboration with GLC to intro RFID. Share price flew to the roof. But shortly after, Lee Kim Yiew announced he quits the company. Share price plummets. Whats that tells you?
