PETALING JAYA (Jan 26): JKG Land Bhd launched Phase 2 (residential phase) of The ERA @ Duta North on Jan 21. 

The phase consists of Towers C and D, which have 956 units of serviced apartments sized between 645 and 1,334 sq ft with a starting price of RM490,900.

According to a statement, The ERA @ Duta North is a freehold, flagship mixed commercial development in Klang Valley spanning over 14.8 acres (six hectares) of land in the parliamentary constituency of Segambut, next to Mont Kiara and just eight kilometres from KLCC.

“The development boasts six residential towers, a three-storey retail development, over six acres of landscaped Forest Village and wetlands. Once complete, the residential towers will stand at 53 to 63 storeys high, making them the tallest buildings in the vicinity,” the statement said. 

Phase 2 is themed as NOON, which supports the concept of tranquil relaxation. The design is similar to Phase 1 whereby every unit is designed as a new age home with practical layouts and features dual-key units for the convenience of multi-generational family living.

Phase 1 has the theme DAWN (cool comfort) and is due for completion during the first quarter of 2022, while Phase 3 is themed EVE (recreation and entertainment). 

The statement said: “The NOON residential phase towers feature a Moon Deck on its spacious rooftop area highlighted with Sky Lounges, as with the other two residential phases for gatherings and spectacular panoramic views of the KL City Centre, Batu Caves, Titiwangsa and KL Metropolis.” 

The project includes facilities such as a 100-metre pool, special gourmet kitchens with dining areas, amphitheatre, indoor and outdoor gyms, spas, and jacuzzi. It also offers a moat pavilion, tree houses, a squirrel den, flying fox and monkey swings, echo pods and a wifi garden, among other natural recreational areas.

The ERA @ Duta North also features a 1.26-acre wetlands sanctuary with five zones: wetlands cell, forest brook, water play, picnic area, and main wetlands. Other than that, this development will also include RainTreeRain — a 277,000 sq ft boutique retail park housed along with the lower three levels, right below the facilities podium. This boutique retail park is inspired by the elements of the rain, wind, earth and sun, and it will house an eclectic mix of outlets, play areas, an F&B boulevard and green avenues. 

There is a ready-built link bridge — exclusively built for residents — to Jalan Putramas and Dutamas 2, enhancing the convenience and connectivity to surrounding hubs such as Publika, Dutamas, Solaris, MATRADE and the KL Metropolis. The link bridge offers accessibility to surrounding areas and eases traffic into Jalan Segambut.
