KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 31): TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (THHE) has appointed Ahmad Yusof Mohamad as its new chief executive officer (CEO), effective Feb 1, 2022.

In a statement on Monday (Jan 31), THHE said Ahmad Yusof brings more than 40 years of technical and managerial experience at various levels in the fields of shipbuilding, ship repair and oil and gas.

“As an independent non-executive director on the board of THHE since March 2021 and chairman of the executive committee since October 2021, Ahmad Yusof has been instrumental in driving the group’s vision, strategic direction, policies and structure,” it said.

Ahmad Yusof holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering Management) and a Master's Degree of Art in Business Administration.
