KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks with recent corporate news flow include Reservoir Link Energy, Minetech Resources, Hong Seng and Complete Logistic Services, said JF Apex Research.

Reservoir Link Energy has received a letter of award for the engineering, construction and commissioning (ECC) of a 10.95MW large scale solar photovoltaic plant, valued at RM14.9mil, to be located in Perak.

Minetech Resources has bagged a contract for the construction of an external link bridge and covered walkway, together with associated works, for the Emerald 9 Cheras development in Selangor with a contract value of RM9.49mil.

Hong Seng has announced the resignation of its executive director Kenny Khow Chuan Wah.

Complete Logistic Services is planning to diversify into technology businesses, rename itself Hextar Technologies Solutions and dispose of its entire stake in Classic Scenic for RM32.04mil to its majority shareholder Datuk Eddie Ong Choo Meng.

Meanwhile, JF Apex expects the FBM KLCI to remains choppy above the support of 1,540 points following the recent volatility.

The US market was mixed with the Dow ending slightly higher but the S&P and Nasdaq declined amid Russia-Ukraine negotiations and the Federal Reserve's two-day meeting to decide on rate hikes.

Earlier, European stocks climbed following hopes that the Russia-Ukraine talks would achieve a ceasefire.
