PETALING JAYA: Ecofirst Consolidated Bhd
plans to launch an enlarged master plan for its Ampang township since its landbank is a beneficiary of the Mass Rapid Transit Line 3 (MRT3) project.
In a statement, the mid-sized property company said its landbank is 300m from the future Hill View station under the proposed plan.
EcoFirst alternative director Datuk Kenneth Teoh Seng Kian said the MRT3 development is a game changer for the company as properties situated near MRT stations would appreciate in value.
He added that, as a property developer, the company would also be doing its part in creating job opportunities and stimulating the economy.
