KUALA LUMPUR (April 25): Divfex Bhd said its group chief executive officer (CEO) Kenny Chin Wui Chee has been redesignated as its executive director.

In a bourse filing, Divfex (formerly known as Diversified Gateway Solutions Bhd) said Chin's redesignation takes effect on Monday (April 25).

He was appointed as Divfex CEO on Aug 10, 2020. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Numoni DFS Sdn Bhd.

Before that, he held a regional position in regulatory compliance in 2015 at MoneyGram, and served as a senior manager with CIMB Investment Bank.

Chin holds 760,000 shares in Divfex, equivalent to a 0.1% equity stake.

Divfex closed unchanged at 12 sen, giving a market capitalisation of RM90 million.
