KUALA LUMPUR: Uni Wall Aps Holdings Bhd, through its special purpose vehicle with NS Corporation, NS Aero City Sdn Bhd (NSAC), has entered into a memorandum of collaboration with Astrom Training Solutions Inc to initiate participation and cooperation to develop parts of the Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0).
In a statement today, it said the first phase will take up about 200 acres (80.94 hectares) in MVV 2.0 with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM2.5 billion.
Uni Wall chief executive officer Siow Hon Yuen said the collaboration with Astrom, one of the prominent players in the industries, has come at a most opportunistic time and is another major step forward in the group's growth journey.
