Remarks : 
This is an amended announcement to the announcement released earlier today (reference no. FRA-21022019-00017) :

(i)  The Declared Dividend per share in respect of Cumulative Period for 'Current Year To Date 31 Dec 2018'  and 'Preceding Year Corresponding Period 31 Dec 2017' under item 6 above should be '8.50' respectively instead of  '0.00'.

(ii)  A copy of the press release for 3rd Quarter is attached herewith.
