The Company has changed its financial year end from 31 December to 31 March. Announcement on the change of financial year end has been made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 27 August 2012.

On 28 November 2012, the Board of Directors approved and declared an interim single-tier dividend of 6 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2013.
