Remarks : 
For the financial year ended 31 March 2016:

(1) a interim single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per share was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 25 February 2016 and subsequently paid on 13 April 2016; and

(2) a final single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per share and a special single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per share will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
