(a) There is no preceding year corresponding quarter ended 31 March 2023 comparison due to the change in the financial year end from 31 January to 31 December.
(b) Basic earnings per share ("EPS") is calculated based on the profit attributable to owners of the Company divided by the weighted average number of ordinary shares issued. For the 1st quarter ended 31 March 2024, the weighted average number of ordinary shares issued is 393,518,522 as disclosed in B12 (i).
(c) Diluted earnings per share ("DEPS") is calculated based on the profit attributable to owners of the Company divided by the weighted average number of applicable ordinary shares. The weighted number of applicable ordinary shares is 393,773,522 for the 1st quarter ended 31 March 2024 as disclosed in B12 (ii). |
