(ii) Please be informed that the Board of UCHITEC has recommended a final tax exempt dividend of 22 Sen per Share for the year ended December 31, 2002 to be approved by the shareholders at its forthcoming AGM as per the general announcement made on February 28, 2002.

(iii) This amended announcement is only on item 6 - dividend per share. All other information remained unchanged and we regret for any inconvenience caused.
