Remarks :
The below are amendments made to the Company's announcement dated 31 May 20004:- -
a) The Net tangible assets per share as at preceding financial year should be RM1.87 instead of RM1.83;
b) The comparative figures for the quarter ended 31 March 2003 are now included in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Changes in Equity;
c) The comparative figures for the quarter ended 31 March 2003 are now included in the Condensed Consolidated Cash Flow Statements; and
d) The notes to the Earnings Per Share were amended with details.
