| On 27 February 2004, the quarterly report released for the fourth quarter in respect of the financial period ended 31 December 2003 had stated a Final Dividend of 1.00 sen per share less income tax of 28%. However, at a Board Meeting held on 30 March 2004, the Directors had revised the Final Dividend rate from 1.00 sen per share less income tax of 28% to 1.15 sen per share less income tax of 28%. This quarterly report shall supercede the quarterly report released on 27 February 2004. Apart from the dividend, there are no other amendments. |
