| The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Rights Subscription Form and Notice of Provisional Allotment (collectively referred to as "Documents") in relation to the Rights Issue, will be dispatched on 8 February 2010 to the entitled shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors on 4 February 2010. The Document will only be sent to the entitled shareholders who have a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia. Entitled shareholders who do not have a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia and who wish to change their address to Malaysia should inform their respective stockbrokers as well as the Share Registrars of REDtone to effect the change of address. Such notification should be done prior to 4 February 2010. |
