The notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares will be issued and dispatched to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of OCP on the Entitlement Date within four (4) market days after the date of the listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
