The Share Registrar of KIB will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of KIB latest on 22 December 2011, being four (4) market days after the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
