| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 45,280,000 Bonus Shares on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing EFMB Shares held as at 5:00p.m. on 12 October 2007 ("Entitlement Date"). The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of EFMB as at the Entitlement Date. The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall take place on 16 October 2007, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of EFMB, will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 22 October 2007. This announcement is dated 27 September 2007. |
