| Shareholders' approval for the Rights Issue with Warrants was obtained on 4 October 2012. The abridged prospectus together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as “Documents”) in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be despatched on 7 November 2012 to the entitled shareholders of Fastrak whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of Fastrak on 5 November 2012. The Documents will not be registered under any legislation of any foreign jurisdiction, and the Rights Issue with Warrants will not be made or offered in any foreign jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Documents will not be sent to foreign entitled shareholders of Fastrak: (i) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia in the Record of Depositors; or (ii) who have not provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing not later than 5.00 p.m. on 5 November 2012, being the entitlement date for the Rights Issue with Warrants.
