| The Warrants and Bonus Shares will be issued free to entitled shareholders who subscribe for the Rights Shares. The Rights Issue is renounceable in full or in part and any renunciation must be of an equivalent number of Rights Shares, Warrants and Bonus Shares. The documents relating to the Rights Issue will not be sent to foreign shareholders of Asdion whose name(s) appear in the Record of Depositors on 25 June 2008 (“Entitled Shareholders”) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia. Foreign Entitled Shareholders and/or their renouncees who wish to apply for the Rights Shares with Warrants and Bonus Shares should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect a change of address. Alternatively, foreign Entitled Shareholders and/or their renouncees could establish a Malaysian address for services and for the acceptance of the Rights Shares with Warrants and Bonus Shares to be made in Malaysia by notification in writing to the Registrar. |
