| Shareholders' approval for the Rights Issue with Free Warrants was obtained on 3 December 2013. The abridged prospectus together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as "Documents") in relation to the Rights Issue with Free Warrants will be despatched on 9 January 2014 to the entitled shareholders of ATSB whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of ATSB on 7 January 2014. The Documents will not be registered under any legislation of any foreign jurisdiction, and the Rights Issue with Free Warrants will not be made or offered in any foreign jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Documents will not be sent to foreign entitled shareholders of ATSB: (i) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia in the Record of Depositors; or (ii) who have not provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing not later than 5.00 p.m. on 7 January 2014, being the entitlement date for the Rights Issue with Free Warrants.
