The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Genetec within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Consolidated Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 24 May 2016, being the next market day after the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation.
