| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of 273,456,000 new K-One Tech Shares on the basis of 2 Bonus Shares for every 1 existing K-One Tech Share held by K-One Tech’s entitled shareholders as at 5:00 p.m. on 21 February 2011 ("Entitlement Date"). In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Ace Market of Bursa Securities shall take place on 22 February 2011, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, the registrar of K-One Tech, will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled K-One Tech shareholders by 23 February 2011. This announcement is dated 2 February 2011. |
