| Futher to the Company's announcement on 14 August 2009 and the announcements made today in relation to the bonus issue (reference no.: MI-090817-67387) and share exchange (reference no.: MI-090817-67486), on behalf of Mikro, the shareholders of Mikro whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at the closing of business at 5.00 p.m. on 28 August 2009 shall be entitled to receive one (1) ordinary share of RM0.10 each in MMB ("MMB Share") for every twenty (20) ordinary share of RM0.10 each in Mikro ("Mikro Share"), pursuant to the DIS. The trading of Mikro Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 24 August 2009, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date. The suspension will continue until the admission of MMB to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of Mikro and the listing of and quotation for the new MMB Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 17 August 2009. |
