| The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares has been approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 9 May 2007. The Bonus Issue has also been approved by the shareholders of JHM at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 May 2007. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the MESDAQ Market, the date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be on 15 June 2007, being the next market day after the book closing date. The Registrar of JHM will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 21 June 2007. |
