| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 48,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Technodex Bhd. ("Tdex" or "Company") ("Tdex Shares") to be issued and credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) new Tdex Share for every four (4) existing Tdex Shares held by the entitled shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 19 January 2010 ("Entitlement Date"). The date and listing and quotation for up to 48,000,000 new Tdex Shares shall be 20 January 2010, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The actual number of Tdex Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue, taking into consideration any new Tdex Shares issued arising from the Employees' Share Option Scheme, will be announced on 19 January 2010. The Share Registrar of Tdex will issue and dispatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 26 January 2010. The announcement is dated 18 January 2010. |
