The Board of Directors of MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG" or "Company") ("Board") has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 1.7 sen per ordinary share in MYEG ("MYEG Share") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 ("FY2020 Final Dividend").
On 22 June 2021, the Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") will apply to the FY2020 Final Dividend, in which the entire FY2020 Final Dividend can be elected to be reinvested into new MYEG Shares.
On 1 July 2021, the shareholders of MYEG had at the Company's Twentieth Annual General Meeting approved the FY2020 Final Dividend and authorised the Board to allot and issue such number of new MYEG Shares from time to time as may be required to be allotted and issued pursuant to the DRP.
On 22 July 2021, on behalf of the Board, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad had announced that the issue price of the new MYEG Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP for the FY2020 Final Dividend had been fixed at RM1.65 per MYEG Share. |
