The Board of Directors of MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG" or "Company") ("Board") has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 1.68 sen per ordinary share in MYEG ("MYEG Share") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY2023 Final Dividend").
On 25 June 2024, the shareholders of MYEG had at the Company's Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting approved the FY2023 Final Dividend and authorised the Board to allot and issue such number of new MYEG Shares from time to time as may be required to be allotted and issued pursuant to the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP").
The Board had on the same day determined that the DRP will apply to the FY2023 Final Dividend, in which the entire portion of the FY2023 Final Dividend can be elected to be reinvested into new MYEG Shares ("DRP Share Issuance").
On 16 August 2024, the Board had announced that the issue price of the new MYEG Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP Share Issuance for the FY2023 Final Dividend had been fixed at RM0.88 per MYEG Share. |
