| Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 22 January 2015. The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of Sunzen on 5 May 2015. The date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will be on 6 May 2015, being the next market day following the entitlement date. The Bonus Shares will be credited into the entitled shareholders’ central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 17 April 2015. |
