| The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail the issuance of up to 57,561,000 new Warrants to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every three (3) existing KGB Shares held by the entitled shareholders. The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of KGB within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 30 May 2014. |
