| The Bonus Issue of Shares will entail the issuance of up to 57,561,000 new KGB Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every three (3) existing KGB Shares held by the entitled shareholders on the entitlement date. The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued will depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of KGB on the entitlement date. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 16 June 2014, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date. The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of KGB within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 30 May 2014. |
