(1) SCC is concurrently implementing a bonus issue of 4,277,580 new SCC Shares ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 10 existing SCC Shares held by the entitled shareholders of SCC at the close of business on 10 July 2017 ("Bonus Issue").
(2) The Share Split will be undertaken immediately after the completion of the Bonus Issue. For clarity, the Bonus Shares to be received by all the entitled shareholders of SCC will be subject to the Share Split.
(3) The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 11 July 2017, being the next market day after the entitlement date.
SCC's Share Registrar will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares to the entitled shareholders of SCC at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Subdivided Shares.
