Shareholders' approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 9 January 2017. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 24 January 2017, being the next market day after the book closure date. The Share Registrar of Inari will issue and despatch notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders of Inari within four (4) market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Existing holders of Warrants 2013/2018 and Warrants 2015/2020 who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Shares under the Bonus Issue are required to submit the warrants exercise form to the Share Registrar, Megapolitan Management Services Sdn Bhd, No. 45-5, The Boulevard, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur (Tel no.: 03-2284 8311) not later than 5.00 p.m. on 12 January 2017.
