Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 5 June 2015, 9 June 2015, 28 August 2015, 4 September 2015 and 21 September 2015 in relation to, among others, the Free Warrants Issue (Announcements). The final number of New Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Free Warrants Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of MClean on 6 October 2015. The New Warrants will be quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after an application for the quotation of New Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities. The New Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the respective addresses as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing of and quotation for the New Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 21 September 2015. |
