| (Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders of Kanger International Berhad dated 25 July 2014 in relation to the Proposals) The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of 86,000,000 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every five (5) Kanger Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders as at 5:00 p.m. on 11 September 2014 ("Entitlement Date"). Fractional entitlements of the Bonus Shares, if any, will be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board in its absolute discretion deems fit, expedient and in the best interests of the Company. In accordance with the Listing Requirements, the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities shall take place on 12 September 2014, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date.
