Reference is made to the announcement dated 1 March 2022 in relation to the notice of book closure for the Consolidation.
The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of ICB within four (4) market days from the entitlement date of the Consolidation. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 23 March 2022.
For clarity, in order to facilitate the Consolidation, the trading of the Existing Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 15 March 2022. The suspension of trading of the Existing Shares will continue until the listing of and quotation for the Consolidated Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on Wednesday, 23 March 2022.
