The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment of Rights Shares with ICB Warrants and the Rights Subscription Form of Rights Shares with Warrants (collectively referred to as the "Documents") in relation to the Rights Issue will only be despatched to the shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 24 May 2022 ("Entitled Shareholders"). The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders on 26 May 2022.
The Documents will only be sent to the Entitled Shareholders who have a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia. Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia and wish to change their address to Malaysia should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 24 May 2022.
