Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meanings as those defined in ICB's Circular dated 27 March 2018 in relation to, amongst others, the Share Consolidation. The notices of book closure date in relation to the Share Consolidation has been announced separately on 29 June 2018. A notice will be issued and despatched to every Warrant Holder setting out the details of the Adjustment within 21 market days after the date of listing. The actual number of Consolidated Warrants to be issued and allotted would depend on the number of outstanding Warrants which have yet to be exercised into new shares at the entitlement date. Consolidated Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 17 July 2018, being the next market day after the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation. This announcement is dated 29 June 2018. |
