Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 14 February 2022. Approval from shareholders of Heng Huat for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 15 March 2022. The Additional Warrants will be listed and quoted on 18 April 2022, being the next market day after the book closure date. The Additional Warrants shall be allotted to entitled warrant holders of Heng Huat whose names appear on the Record of warrant holders of Heng Huat on 15 April 2022 on the basis of 3 Additional Warrants for every 2 Warrants 2021/2026 held. This announcement is dated 5 April 2022. |
