Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing and quotation for the Additional Warrants was obtained on 13 January 2021. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 5 February 2021. The Additional Warrants arising from the Adjustments will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 24 March 2021, being the next market day after the entitlement date. The Additional Warrants shall be allotted to entitled warrantholders of Solarvest Holdings Berhad whose name appear on the Record of Depositors for Warrants of Solarvest Holdings Berhad on 23 March 2021 on the basis of 1 Warrant 2021/2026 for every 2 Warrants 2021/2026 held. Further, the exercise price of the Warrants will be adjusted from RM1.50 to RM1.00 each. The notice to the holders of Warrants 2021/2026 setting out the details of the Adjustment will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 9 March 2021. |
