The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail the issuance of up to 67,500,000 Warrants on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every four (4) existing ordinary shares in Optimax held by the entitled shareholders of the Company.
The Company had on 10 December 2021 executed the deed poll constituting the Warrants to be issued under the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
Optimax's share registrar will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Warrants to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the record of depositors of Optimax on the entitlement date before the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants and in any event, not later than 4 market days after the date the Warrants are listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
