On 30 July 2026, the Board of Directors of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad had proposed a single-tier first interim dividend of 19.65 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. Based on the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of 10,808,175,315 as at 30 June 2026, the proposed first interim dividend is amounting to approximately RM2,124 million. Upon the full exercise of vested Employees Share Option Scheme of up to 51,640,887 new ordinary shares under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, the proposed single-tier first interim dividend of 19.65 sen per ordinary share will amount up to approximately RM2,134 million. |
